We are looking for a highly organized and structured individual to support our management team in the back office.
Tasks
* Digital vehicle bookkeeping: scan, sort and archive all vehicle-related documents
* Fleet processing: take over vehicle papers at the bank and forward them to buyers or registration services
* Disposition: organize vehicle deliveries and collections, including driver planning
* Contact with law firms and authorities: communicate with our lawyer and process legal matters
* Financial assistance: support customers with missing documents and collaborate with our financing partners
* All general assistant tasks: mail processing, telephone service, daily cash settlement, preparation of workshop orders according to purchase contracts
* Complaint management: recording, processing and forwarding customer concerns
* Licensing coordination: contact person for licensing vehicles and collaboration with our registration service
* Communication with accounting: support in clarifying outstanding invoices and collaboration with the tax consulting firm
* Billing: creation and sending of reminders for open claims
* Additional tasks: storage and care of private property matters of the management
Profile
* Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office administrator or commercial manager
* Erfahrung in the automotive industry or with vehicle documents is an advantage
* Excellent organizational skills, independent and structured working style
* Discretion, reliability and communication skills
* Safe handling of MS Office and scanner/document management
* Friendly and professional demeanor even in stressful situations
