Your Tasks:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Support executive leadership in developing and implementing the organisation’s strategic priorities and initiatives
2. Operational Efficiency: Manage executive workflows, coordinate leadership meetings, and foster alignment of efforts across various teams
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between leadership and other departments to ensure clear, timely, and effective communication
4. Project Oversight: Lead and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of key milestones
5. Decision Support: Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making
6. Special Projects: Take ownership of high-impact, ad hoc projects requiring urgent leadership attention
7. System Implementation: Help establish systems and processes that enable teams to work together seamlessly and achieve shared objective
You bring in:
8. Bachelor or master degree in Economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, or similar; knowledge in the field of healthcare IT/e-health is an advantage
9. At least first job experience, ideally in the hospital / healthcare or software sector, or with exposure to executive leadership. We welcome motivated junior talents as well as more experienced persons
10. Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
11. High proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and ability to work with AI tools
12. Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to see the bigger picture and break down complex challenges into actionable steps
13. Project Management: Ability in managing multiple concurrent initiatives and delivering results against tight deadlines
14. Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
15. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data to generate meaningful insights for executive decision
16. High Emotional Intelligence: Empathetic and attuned to the motivations and concerns of both executive leaders and teams
