The main focus will be on laboratory scale work but you may work externally on larger scale equipments.You will work with our products such as Cereal, Nut and Pulses, Colours, flavours, texturants, fruit powders and pieces, fruit concentrates, etc. to create innovative products and solutions for the Chocolate industryIn addition to selecting suitable raw materials, you will provide expert advice on existing products and new product concepts for internal and external inquiriesYou will independently produce samples of products and concepts and present them both internally and externally to customersYou will work closely with relevant interfaces from R&D, Sales, Product management and ProductionYou will provide technical and operational support during scale-up processes in our plants and at our pilot facilitiesYour ProfileYou have completed a degree in food technology or a comparable academic qualificationIdeally, you have a professional background in the Confectionery Industry.You bring relevant experience in food product development, ideally with a focus ConfectioneryAs a specialist in your field, you are very familiar with the raw materials used and the production processesYou share our passion to tackle and work through some of the key Confectionery Industry challenges with a strong hands-on approach.
