Position Jung von Matt SPORTS is looking for a Principal Social Media (d/f/m) in fulltime to lead, shape and redefine how brands show up in the world of social. We’re not looking for someone to run accounts. We’re looking for someone who shapes culture. Your tasks: You will be responsible for social media content of the highest standard, from punchy TikTok edits to major YouTube series. You will develop and manage international creative concepts, evaluate them with a keen eye, and present them to clients in a compelling manner. You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media campaigns, activations, and always-on ideas on a national and global level to drive brand growth and engagement. Of course, you always stay up to date on industry trends and new platforms to secure the agency's competitive advantage in digital marketing. You lead creative project teams, provide creative impetus, and proactively promote the general exchange of knowledge. About you: You are a creative thinker with a passion for innovation in the digital field (focus on social media). You have several years of experience as an interface between different disciplines (creation, digital). You have comprehensive knowledge of all relevant social platforms and their storytelling mechanisms. You have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire people and lead them to achieve common goals, as well as mentor younger creatives. You think in terms of ecosystems, not individual measures. Your self-organization and self-motivation are excellent. You are confident in using AI tools and new technologies for content production. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
