We accompany our client partners from the first idea to the last step - all for the one moment that makes the brand experience unique.Your roleWe’re looking for an experienced and organized Creative Studio Manager to lead and manage the creative studio operations at Uniplan, a global brand experience agency.In this role, you’ll ensure smooth workflows, smart resource planning, and the timely delivery of high-quality experiential projects across events, retail, 3D design, content, and digital. You’ll be the key link between creativity and execution - helping our teams bring bold ideas to life.Responsibilities:Oversee studio scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationCollaborate with creative and project teams to deliver outstanding brand experiencesOptimize processes and maintain high quality standards5+ years in creative studio or agency management, ideally in experiential marketingExperience spanning events, 3D design, retail, content, and digitalStrong organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with creative workflows and project management toolsExcellent communication; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plusAll applications will be handled in strict confidence and used solely for recruitment purposes.
