Your tasks
IT strategy & digitalization
* Overall responsibility for IT strategy in close coordination with senior management
* Technical and disciplinary leadership, motivation, and further development of the IT team
* Establishment, management, and optimization of effective team and management structures
* Responsibility for IT budget, resource planning, and investment decisions
* Ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT operations
* Management of external service providers and technology partners
* Promotion of a modern leadership and innovation culture
* Development and implementation of a group-wide IT strategy
* Identification and realization of digitization potential
* Selection, introduction, and further development of IT systems and tools
IT infrastructure & applications
* Responsibility for the stable operation of the IT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud, workstations)
* Support for agency-specific software solutions (e.g., Adobe CC, project management, collaboration, and CRM systems)
* Ensuring availability, performance, and scalability
IT security & data protection
* Implementation and further development of IT security and backup concepts
* Ensuring GDPR-compliant data processing
* Collaboration with data protection officers and external service providers
Project & requirements management
* Management and implementation of IT projects
* Interface between specialist departments, management, and external partners
* Translating business requirements into technical solutions
IT organization & cost management
* Coordinating external IT service providers
* Budget, license, and contract management
* Development and optimization of IT processes and support structures
Your profile
* Degree in IT or comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in a generalist IT role
* Experience in project management and the digitization of business processes
* Knowledge of IT security and data protection (GDPR)
* Knowledge of software and database development (MSSQL)
* Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to work
* Understanding of creative and commercial processes
