Introduction
Airties is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Director to take responsibility for sales within defined territories to both existing and new service providers.
The positions demand a strong commitment to delivering software recurring revenue growth through powerful consultative engagement with prospects and customers.
What you will do :
* Develop and execute strategies for regional business growth in cooperation with the global sales and marketing team
* Devise opportunity entry and development strategies
* Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
* Proactively build a pipeline of opportunities for both new logo and cross sales engaging with external stakeholders, partners, and customers.
* Consult with service providers on business and technical requirements identify potential Airties’ solutions
* Prepare and conduct meetings with stakeholders, decision makers and influencers right up to C-level
* Build strong relationships with key industry players
* Develop compelling proposals together with the Airties team
* Negotiate and close contracts on a timely basis
* Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
* Provide ongoing feedback to Airties product and Engineering teams
What you should ideally bring :
* Complex B2B Sales Experience : At least 10 years of technically complex B2B sales (ideally SaaS) experience with a track record of success. Knowledge and adoption of recognised Enterprise sales methodologies and advantage
* Industry Expertise : Knowledge and experience in the telecommunications and broadband software industry is preferable although tother technically oriented complex sales considered
* International Experience : Experience selling and collaborating with international teams and ideally multi-lingual (English + one of German, Italian, French, Spanish)
* Team Player comfortable working in a fast paced, geographically dispersed organisation with a fun entrepreneurial mindset
* Personality : highly goal oriented energetic, driven, decisive, and ambitious. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, integrity, and the ability to inspire and motivate customers. Combination of high IQ and EQ.
