WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Operate and monitor software and system solutions to ensure high availability and stability, especially regarding risk management protocols and requirements
* Assist in the analysis and resolution of system issues, developing preventive solutions with your team
* Document operational processes and create technical manuals focused on risk compliance and mitigation
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline, automate, and improve recurring processes with a focus on risk reduction
* Support the implementation of security standards and quality assurance to ensure systems align with company and industry compliance needs
WHO YOU ARE
* Completed training or studies in Computer Science, IT Systems Administration, or a related field
* Familiarity with IT operations tools and systems, such as monitoring tools and automation software
* Understanding of network technologies, and experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
* Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
