The primary mission of the Health Services at the Salzgitter site is to sustainably maintain and promote the health of Volkswagen employees. We provide medical care in the event of accidents and other emergencies: our responsibilities range from dispensing medication for minor health complaints and performing basic wound care to carrying out advanced emergency medical measures. This also includes support for the first Volkswagen battery cell production facility, which is currently being established at the Salzgitter site.

Possible Tasks within this Role
* Carrying out all duties within the on‑site medical clinic and associated emergency medical services, including operating medical equipment and providing professional advice to patients
* Performing all emergency medical tasks that correspond to the qualifications and responsibilities of a Paramedic
* Executing all physician‑directed orders, including the proper administration of prescription medications
* Administering injections and vaccinationsTraining and instructing company first aiders
Please note: This position involves working in a three‑shift system.
Qualification requirements
* Completed training as a Paramedic; an additional state-certified qualification in Nursing is desirable
* Relevant practical experience in emergency medical services
* Qualification as an Occupational First Aider (Betriebssanitäter) is an advantage
* Compliance with all requirements of the German Infection Protection Act (Infektionsschutzgesetz)
* Class C1 driving licence
* German language level C1, English language level A2
* Strong customer orientation, excellent teamwork skills, and a responsible, reliable working style
