Our client, a Global Bank, is currently recruiting a VP for their Corporate Banking team in Frankfurt. Responsibilities: Support in the analysis of customer needs, as well as active support and further development of existing and new customer relationships. Coordination and agreement with product units and specialist departments within the Bank for the conception/development of transactions (e.g. acquisition financing, capital markets transactions, investment banking, transaction banking and structured financing). Global coordination of the various product units and specialist departments. Analysis and evaluation of companies, including creation of financial models (modelling) Preparation of presentations and documents for internal and external decision-makers and committees Analysis of customer, sector and market information to develop potential business approaches Support in the training of analysts and associates Key Skills Required: Experience in a Corporate Banking coverage role Strong relationship building and management skills with proven ability at managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the Bank. Strong communication skills and proven track record in the development of written material in the form of reports. Strong analytical skills and experience to ensure well managed growth is achieved while maintaining robust credit culture/standards.
