Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Lead to drive process excellence, ensure seamless employee services, and support continuous improvement across HR operations.
This role acts as a key point of contact for HR processes, contributing to operational efficiency and creating a positive employee experience within an international and dynamic environment.
* Serve as a point of contact for HR processes within our team.
* Contribute to the development of new techniques and continuous improvement of workflows.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and timeliness.
* Build and maintain process flows and procedural documentation to support operational performance.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to implement and roll out new procedures and processes.
* Engage with stakeholders across functions to ensure a positive employee and customer experience.
* Support the evaluation and resolution of complex HR requests in our HR system.
* Train and coach team members on processes, systems, and best practices.
* Collaborate with other entities and locations to harmonize HR processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization.
* Solid knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR policies, and HR best practices.
