We’re building the first OS for Trucking Intelligence, a vertical software solution for Road Freight carriers. Job Summary: As an Online GTM Specialist, you will play a main role in the launch and scalable growth of Meight in the DACH market. Tasks include go-to-market strategies that drive product launches, competitive analysis, product positioning, customer acquisition, revenue growth and promotions It is a role with immense scope of professional & personal growth. You report directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities: Develop Go-To-Market Strategies: Create comprehensive go-to-market plans for new launches and major updates. Identify target markets, customer segments, and key value propositions. Analyse data to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing tactics. Product Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with the product team to develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, online, offline and through partners. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs. Branding and Content Creation: Develop a complementary movement to build the Meight brand. Work with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that supports go-to-market strategies. Ensure all content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market initiatives. Coordinate with external partners and agencies to enhance marketing efforts. Report directly to the founding team. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track and measure the success of go-to-market activities. Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in go-to-market roles, having worked previously in a Seed to series A SaaS environment. Native German speaker. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo) and marketing automation platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
