They will identify potential clients in the startup ecosystem, product companies, and businesses requiring custom software solutions. The ideal candidate will develop proactive attitudes towards new campaign ideas and execute a strategic lead generation plan involving customized approaches to prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to clients' prospects via personalized outreach methods and techniques using email and LinkedIn.
2. Identify potential clients in the startup ecosystem, product companies, and businesses requiring custom software solutions.
3. Develop proactive attitudes towards new campaign ideas.
4. Execute a strategic lead generation plan involving customized approaches to prospects.
* Write B2B messaging for custom outreach campaigns sent via email and LinkedIn.
* Schedule semi-automated email send-outs.
* Handle responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
* Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects.
* Proactively seek new business opportunities.
* Set up meetings or calls between clients and the Business Development Manager.
* Report weekly sales metrics and performance goals to the sales team and management.
* Utilize automation tools to launch massive outreach campaigns.
* Requirements include 2 years of experience as an SDR or similar client-facing role, advanced English level, and proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems.
* Analytical mindset with data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
