Our client is looking for a fluent Japanese speaker who is organised and communicative professional for a central coordination role within the European Planning team. The position supports management meetings, reporting, and business planning processes while working closely with stakeholders across Europe and Japan. The focus is on smooth coordination between departments and regions as well as the preparation of management materials and reports.

Responsibilities:
* Organising/coordinating management meetings, staff meetings, and kick-off events
* Preparing and coordinating presentations, reports, and business planning materials
* Supporting management with reporting and planning processes
* Communicating and coordinating with Europe, Japan HQ, and internal departments
* Preparing and translating materials in English and Japanese
* Coordinating various cross-functional projects and topics
* Supporting process and data standardisation across Europe
* Ensuring structured communication and information flow between Europe and Japan
Skill Set:
* Experience in coordination, planning, reporting, or management support
* Strong organisational skills and structured way of working
* Ability to handle confidential information and tight deadlines professionally
* Experience in an international business environment is an advantage
* Fluent Japanese and English language skills are mandatory, German not required
* Strong communication skills in an international environment
* Good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
