Responsibilities:
-Cross-border Delivery Model Optimization: Lead the implementation of the transition between DDP and Direct Supply models. Drive warehouse network planning and hub layout optimization to enhance regional delivery speed and reduce logistics costs.
-New Retail Delivery Support & Model Innovation: Support the establishment of delivery systems for new retail business, enabling demand-supply prediction, replenishment, and inventory visibility management. Promote the localization adaptation and scaled implementation of delivery model innovations in Western European countries.
-Supply Chain Digitalization & Tool Development: Collaborate closely with HQ to enhance IT capabilities in delivery operations, achieving standardization of offline tools, digitization of business processes, and visualization of operational data. Establish and govern country-level delivery master data systems to ensure data consistency and analyzability.
-Operational Efficiency & Cost Control: Lead "Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement" initiatives (e.g., reducing repackaging volume, shifting air freight to rail, etc.) to optimize end-to-end delivery cost structures.
-Sales-Production Coordination & Inventory Governance: Establish a three-tier planning coordination mechanism (SMR/S&OP meetings) at the country level to manage rolling stockpiling plans. Optimize regional inventory health, strictly regulate overaged stock, and develop obsolete inventory prevention strategies.
Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
-Experience: 3-5 years in cross-border supply chain/delivery operations with hands-on experience in Western European warehousing/distribution networks, customs clearance, and retail delivery. Proven success in building omnichannel delivery (online + offline), inventory coordination, or planning systems for new retail.
-Skills:
* Proficient in supply chain systems and data analysis tools (SQL/Tableau/etc.), capable of leading digitalization projects.
* Familiar with EU trade regulations, tax policies, and cross-border logistics pain points.
* English as working language; proficiency in German/French/other Western European languages preferred.
* Experience in intercultural team collaboration, adaptable to high-frequency multinational communication.
