You’ll make an impact You set and implement the global Enterprise Customer Development strategy, driving profitable growth, establishing global sales KPIs, and building long-term, trust-based partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes Building on this, you lead strategic enterprise customer engagement, developing value-based, insight-driven concepts and shaping C-level relationship strategies to address evolving customer needs Subsequently, you own global pipeline creation and opportunity management, ensuring forecasting, reporting, and predictable performance across regions In collaboration with cross-functional and cross-country teams, you drive alignment and consistency throughout all phases of customer development, guaranteeing an outstanding and unified customer experience Finally you lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing global Customer Development team, encouraging a culture of accountability, customer centricity, and value selling while disseminating best practices and accelerating scalable business transformation This is how you'll win us over You hold a Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive leadership experience in a comparable environment Long-term experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, and business development, with a strong record of driving strategy, pipeline growth, deal execution, and long-term revenue for complex offerings Deep knowledge of the buildings technology industry and the application of Siemens Buildings solutions to address customer needs Demonstrated expertise in leading change management and sales transformation during growth and scale-up phases You have exceptional executive presence, outstanding communication and collaboration skills, and a proven ability to lead and influence within direct and matrixed teams You are proficient in English; additional languages are considered an asset You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
