*Your tasks:*
* Provision of Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) on-site maintenance services to customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa, coordination of related operational and commercial aspects including different stake holders
* Customer experience and relationship management
* Reporting and reconciliation with the suppliers, ensuring payment alignment, incoming invoices management, accuracy with invoicing generation, margin checks
* Customer- centric Project management
* Readiness for on-call services
*Your profile:*
* Successful degree in relevant studies, i.e. Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent working experience
* Customer and solutions oriented
* Comfortable in dealing with complex situations
* Technical interest, basic knowledge of aircraft engines or aviation industry would be an asset
* Proactive, customer driven mind-set and ease in working in a dynamic, international environment and ability to work in (virtual) global a team
* Structured approached to open tasks and good prioritisation skills
* Fluency in English
* Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), SAP would be advantageous
