Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an energy strategy in Germany
* Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Drive business development activities to expand the energy transition portfolio.
* Define and execute clear project and program delivery strategies.
Project Delivery and Technical Excellence:
* Lead multidisciplinary teams across regions and business lines.
* Ensure that technical solutions comply with German and EU regulations, grid codes, safety, and environmental standards.
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.
* Provide expert guidance and serve as lead verifier for feasibility studies, design reports, and technical documentation.
* Ensure accurate technical and financial reporting to senior leadership.
* Manage contracts and ensure full compliance with requirements.
Team Development and Innovation:
* Build, mentor, and lead the Energy team in Germany.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and digital innovation.
* Support technical skills development and capability building within the team.
* Champion operational excellence and best practices in energy project delivery.
