Certifications (Must-Have / A-Criteria)The candidate must possess both:Advanced Scrum Certification, e.g., Professional Scrum Master III (scrum.org), CSP-SM (Scrum Alliance), ICE-AC (ICAgile)Advanced Kanban Certification, e.g., Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP), Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), Accredited Kanban Consultant (AKC)Lower-level or alternative certifications (e.g., PSM II, TKP) are not accepted, even with practical experience.2. ExperienceMinimum of 200 person-days (PT) in Agile Coaching with comparable responsibilities (team coaching, scaling, Scrum support)Experience in at least two reference projects demonstrating this effortExperience in large-scale environments with >10 development teams is preferredFamiliarity with public-sector IT environments or similar complexity (e.g., BMFTR) is advantageous3. Compliance Knowledge (Informational)ISO 37301 compliance certification preferredAlternatively: ISO 9001 + internal compliance guidelines + published sustainability report (not mandatory)4.
