People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for
Senior Microsoft CRM Dynamics Consultant.
Your Duties Will Include
* Conducting client meetings (onsite and remote)
* Analyzing and documenting business requirements
* Preparing a work pipeline for the implementation team
* Advising on solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Challenging client ideas when necessary and proposing optimal approaches
* Collaborating with the implementation team and participating in project planning
* Regular visits to the client's office in Herford, Germany
Requirements That Must Be Met
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (consulting, implementations, business analysis)
* Strong knowledge of business processes and ability to analyze them
* Hands-on experience working directly with clients (workshops, meetings, presentations)
* Excellent communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
* Native-level German (mandatory)
* English – a plus
* Preferably based in Germany (to enable easy travel to clients and occasional presence in Herford office)
