We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with candidates, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is eager to build a career in recruitment. You will play a key role in candidate management and coordinating a high volume of interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Who you are
* 1 - 3 years of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR; with solid knowledge ofrecruiting principles.
* Academic background in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development, ideally with hands-on exposure to high-growth, fast-paced companies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to managemultiple tasks and interviews simultaneously,with a strong sense of ownership.
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* Proficient in HR software and digital tools, ideally Recruiteeor similar platforms.

Your roadmap to make an impact
* Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to interview coordination.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone/video).
* Schedule and manage a high volume of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
* Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
* Support talent acquisition manager with sourcing and recruitment activities.
