FutureMeds is a research site network that supports the pharmaceutical industry through patient recruitment and retention via its network of research sites across seven countries, as well as tailored decentralized solutions throughout Europe.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit freelance healthcare professionals across Europe for home care visits in decentralized clinical trials. This role is critical to expanding our FutureMeds @Home network and ensuring high-quality patient care in clinical research.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and recruit freelance nurses for decentralized clinical trials across Europe.
* Screen candidates for licensure, experience, and protocol-specific qualifications.
* Conduct virtual interviews and manage credential verification.
* Maintain a pipeline of qualified nurses for current and future studies.
* Collaborate with clinical operations to understand staffing needs and timelines.
* Coordinate onboarding and training for new freelance hires.
* Manage and negotiate freelance contracts in compliance with local regulations.
* Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems.
* Promote opportunities through professional networks, job boards, and social media.
* Stay up to date on local regulatory and employment laws across multiple European countries.
Qualifications:
* Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
* First experience in the life sciences industry and understanding of clinical trial processes desirable.
* Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within healthcare or clinical research (2+ years).
* Familiarity with decentralized or home-based trial models.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Fluency in multiple European languages.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment platforms and databases.
