Research Assistant - Vascular and Lymphatic Regulation of Gonad Development
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated research assistant to join our team at the Institute of Cell Biology. Your primary responsibility will be conducting research on vascular and lymphatic regulation of gonad development using zebrafish as a vertebrate model.
1. Conduct in-depth research on vascular and lymphatic regulation of gonad development utilizing zebrafish as a vertebrate model.
2. Develop and apply methodologies such as in vivo imaging, CRISPR/Cas9-based genome editing, single-cell transcriptomics, and analysis of vascular and lymphatic mutants.
3. Collaborate with human iPSC-derived gonadal organoids (optional).
4. Analyze, document, and present research findings; contribute to publications and conference presentations.
