VP Project Management & Construction in Renewables (f/m/d) We are looking for a visionary Vice President of Project Management & Construction in Renewables to lead the successful delivery of our large-scale renewable energy projects.
Your responsibilities Hold overall accountabilities for a multi-million pipeline under construction till COD
Set clear goals, priorities, and ways of working
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers, Construction & Commissioning Managers as well as the Project Management Office for the execution of Renewable Energy Systems
Build a high-performing team culture through regular feedback and performance management (including development plans)
Recruit, onboard, and retain talent; ensure effective resource planning and succession coverage for critical roles
Foster collaboration across disciplines and locations; resolve conflicts and enable constructive decision-making
Establish and continuously improve team processes, templates, and lessons learned to increase delivery efficiency and quality
Lead cross-functional coordination with key stakeholders (Engineering, Development, Procurement, Legal, Controlling and Contractors) to remove blockers and maintain momentum
Drive executive governance processes, ensuring timely escalation and decision-making
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure the highest HSE standards across all project activities and contractors
Manage governance and reporting (status, risks, decisions, actions), providing clear recommendations and decision-ready materials
Drive continuous improvement in processes, templates, and lessons learned to increase execution efficiency and quality
Your profile At least 5 years of relevant experience in leadership and minimum 10 years in Project Management & Construction
Proven track record in managing people and teams
Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of international work experience and appreciation of cultural differences
