Your Role
* You will drive business growth by achieving key performance indicators within your assigned region.
* You will develop new business opportunities and secure orders, including adjacent industries.
* You will prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
* You will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
* You will monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions.
* You will maintain accurate customer data and documentation in our CRM system.
* You will represent us at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
* You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to execute regional strategy.
Your Profile
* Educational Background & Experience: A master's degree in optics, electronics, physics, or a related engineering discipline combined with at least five years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Technical Expertise: You must have a strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Sales & Negotiation Skills: You must have demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Communication & Interpersonal Competence: You must be fluent in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You must be comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willingness to travel internationally as required.
