As we accelerate our Science Based Targets (SBTs) and grow our sustainability impact across logistics, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Sustainability Manager to join our Logistics Development and Services (D&T) department.
This is your opportunity to play a key global role in shaping sustainability strategy and driving change across our logistics operations worldwide.
What you will be doing:
* Lead the sustainability strategy for Distribution & Transportation (D&T) aligned with Amer Sports' global sustainability goals.
* Define and implement the decarbonization roadmap & initiative to reduce environmental impact across logistics activities such as transport, warehousing, packaging, and waste .
* Accountable for the collection and analysis of ESG and GHG data (energy, waste, emissions, water usage) and contribute to reporting for SBTi, CDP, and our annual Sustainability Report.
* Partner with internal stakeholders (Brands, D&T, supply chain, data analytics, sustainability teams) and external partners (consultants, logistics providers) to embed sustainability in daily logistics operations.
* Implement tools for traceability and reporting ; monitor sustainability KPIs.
* Educate and train D&T teams on sustainability practices and decarbonization levers .
* Represent D&T in the Amer Sports global sustainability community, working cross-functionally and internationally.
What you need to succeed:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in environmental sustainability, ideally with a focus on strategy, data, and operational integration .
* Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and driving change in a complex, global environment.
* Experience in logistics or supply chain is a strong plus.
* Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or Supply Chain/Logistics with ESG focus .
* Knowledge of GHG accounting, ESG standards, and sustainability frameworks.
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with environmental and operational data.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office ; familiarity with reporting systems and traceability tools .
* Excellent communication and influencing skills – able to translate data into action and engage stakeholders.
* Self-starter, highly organized, hands-on, and passionate about sustainable change .
