Junior Sales Professional
We are seeking a driven sales individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Swiss market by building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

* Foster pipeline growth through proactive outbound strategies and leveraging your professional network
* Command your territory by managing the full sales cycle from engaging qualified leads to confidently closing impactful deals
* Be the trusted advisor by diving deep into each client's business landscape to uncover challenges and deliver solutions that drive real results
* Collaborate for seamless success by working closely with Sales Campaign Managers, BDRs, Team Leads, Customer Success, and Marketing
* Elevate client success by staying ahead of the curve and responding swiftly and effectively to prospect and new client needs
* Surpass sales goals by consistently achieving and striving to exceed quarterly revenue targets by securing new business and amplifying opportunities within newly acquired accounts
Requirements:
* Proven sales drive with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
* Outstanding communicator and influencer with the ability to spark conversations, build instant rapport, and confidently engage decision-makers
* Analytical mindset and customer focus with sharp problem-solving skills and a deep curiosity to understand customer needs
* Self-starter with resilience, taking initiative, staying motivated under pressure, and pushing forward even when facing obstacles
* Adaptable and growth-oriented, positive, professional, and energized by change, embracing feedback, learning, and thriving in a fast-paced sales environment
* Language proficiency in Swiss German at a native level and fluent English skills enabling effective communication with a diverse client base
