Boeing is currently seeking to recruit a Sourcing Recruite r (m/f/d) to be based in Neu-Isenburg or Hamburg, Germany .
The candidate will support our Engineering, Test & Technology (ET&T) portfolio across Europe. This is a critical role within our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team and will support global growth projects, geo-diversification efforts and new program wins. In this role you will focus on sourcing and recruiting the best engineering talent across Europe and other global regions.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies that capture, engage and maintain top, diverse talent pipelines
2. Execute against strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure all hiring targets are met on time
3. Attend and lead intake sessions for new positions and projects and be accountable for requisition management activities
4. Own external sourcing activity for the engineering function; maintain strong talent pipeline health
5. Lead all aspects of initial candidate screening process (phone screen, candidate preparation, screening interview, feedback review)
6. Deliver exceptional candidate experience
7. Create and foster deep business relationships with all stakeholders
8. Responsible for high level of data integrity on all activities

10. Collaborate with GTA leadership on how to enhance sourcing capability across the enterprise

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
11. Significant experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition within technical or IT markets
12. Demonstrable experience of building Boolean search strings and maintaining talent pipelines
13. Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
14. ‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service
15. Business relationship building, collaborative approach to building relationships
16. Inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving, strategic mindset
17. Understands the value of data to inform decision making
18. Excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Germany
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
19. Culturally aware; comfortable working across many geographies
20. Uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals
21. Eye for detail and commercially aware
22. Digital literacy, values technology
23. Experience using Workday and Avature would be an advantage but is not essential
