Responsibilities:
Your tasks:
1. Acting as a central point of contact, supporting interns and thesis students throughout their entire stay while fostering a trusting and appreciative collaboration
2. Shared responsibility for the entire recruiting process for interns and thesis students, from coordination to the final decision
3. Independently conducting interviews and ensuring professional candidate experience
4. Efficient and reliable management of all administrative processes in this area, from contract preparation and co-determination procedures to onboarding and offboarding
5. Organizing the Freudenberg-wide student get-together and actively strengthening the internal network
6. Driving further development of recruiting and HR processes with own ideas, for example in digitalization, and actively contributing as part of the role
7. Gaining in-depth insights into operational and strategic HR topics as part of the HR team
Qualifications:
Your profile:
8. You are currently studying business administration, economics, or a comparable program (ideally with a focus on human resources)
9. As part of your studies, you are required to complete a mandatory internship of at least 5 months
10. You are characterized by a self-driven, committed, and reliable way of working
11. With strong communication skills and a trustworthy, service-oriented mindset, you see yourself as an interface between candidates and business departments
12. You are confident in using MS Office
13. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
