A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you lead the global Sales & Tender Team and drive complex, large-scale service projects for stationary Battery Energy Storage Systems and make critical decisions that drive projects from the initial opportunity development all the way to successful contract closure.

You play a vital role in our mission. Siemens Energy solutions are at the forefront of ensuring grid stability and reliability. Our comprehensive long-term maintenance agreements, also for the international market, guarantee the safe and efficient operation of Energy systems, providing a stable power supply for entire nations.

How You'll Make an Impact

* Lead and develop the global sales & tender team, building a high-performing organization in an international context, within a rapidly growing market characterized by constantly changing demands. Enhance tools and processes to facilitate business growth and scalability.
* Develop a deep understanding of services for industrial battery storage systems, identifying market trends and new technical requirements
* Develop offer strategies and competitive proposals in close collaboration with the EPC organization
* Take primary responsibility for technical and contractual topics to shape competitive offers, pricing models and ensure an appropriate risk minimization as well as lead complex, international contract negotiations together with your team
* Represent your opportunities to upper management, lead the order intake planning process
What You Bring

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or M.Sc.
* 5+ years experience with direct experience in sales, bidding and tendering for utility-scale projects, preferable in a service environment
* Excellent communication skills with business English and German, coupled with strong assertiveness and the ability to effectively advocate for ideas and decisions towards internal and external stakeholders up to top management and decision makers
* Dedication and flexibility with a track record of successful leading international teams, working independently and achieving results
* Experience in leading international negotiations in direct customer contact, as well as steering internal and external partners
