Director of Enterprise Transformation
You will drive strategic initiatives forward, leading clients in a leadership capacity to align their organizational strategy with proposed programs of work. This role is key to the expansion and growth of our advisory team, working closely across the organization with broader integrated offerings.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Leading business development and demand generation activities
* Building deep client relationships across diverse networks, using influencing styles to gain buy-in and drive impact
* Defining deliverable structure and content, facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at clients
* Directing on-time quality delivery of work products, managing engagement economics, and managing engagement risk
About this Role
This Director position requires strong leadership skills to orchestrate teams for client success. You will engage with insurance clients to develop go-to-market value propositions for solutions, interfacing with senior leadership to craft related offerings.

As a model for evolution of differentiated transformation and program management methods, tools, and approaches, you will contribute to the development of assets and accelerators enabling EPAM in speedier and nimble engagement delivery.
