We are seeking experienced professionals for techno-managerial roles who will act as key resources in delivering innovative solutions to customers and ensuring successful project execution. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership and management capabilities to drive end-to-end delivery in KPIT’s core technology domains. Additionally, the role requires the ability to work across multiple technology domains, integrate internal and third-party solutions, and deliver complex, large-scale programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Delivery:
* Understand customer requirements and design effective technical solutions.
* Lead solution architecture discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Integrate internal and third-party solutions to deliver cohesive, scalable systems.
Project Management:
* Deliver projects from concept to SOP (Start of Production) for Tier-1 suppliers or OEMs.
* Plan, execute, and monitor project delivery within timelines and budgets.
* Manage risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve issues.
* Drive execution of complex, multi-domain programs with cross-functional teams.
Customer Engagement:
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations.
* Engage effectively with stakeholders, including the ability to push back when necessary to ensure project success.
Team Leadership:
* Mentor and guide technical teams to achieve project goals.
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
* Must have delivered a full project up to SOP for a Tier-1 supplier or OEM (preferably from them).
* Technically sound with deep expertise in automotive software and systems.
* Strong ability to engage, push back when needed, and manage risks and dependencies effectively.
* Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
* Ability to work across domains and integrate internal and third-party solutions for large-scale programs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
* Fluent German (C1/C2)
Preferred Experience
* Exposure to customer-facing roles and solution consulting.
* Experience in automotive domain projects (ADAS, EV, AUTOSAR, Connected vehicle).
