Our client is a globally operating industrial technology organization entering a new and emerging international market segment.
To drive this next growth phase, we are looking for a senior commercial leader who will take global end-to-end ownership of a market segment—from strategy to execution. It is a global segment ownership position with strong strategic, commercial and cross-functional responsibility.
As Global Segment Manager, you will define, build and scale an international business segment.
Develop and execute a global segment strategy, including long-term vision, go-to-market logic and regional priorities
Supporting the development of future sales leadership and key commercial roles
Extensive international travel is an expected and integral part of this role.
Proven success in building and scaling international market segments, not just managing established business
Experience operating in multi-channel international sales environments (direct, partners, OEMs, distributors)
Willingness to travel extensively on a global level
Experience working in matrix organizations with global stakeholders
