At our dual-brand hotel "Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel," two premium brands come together to form one employer You've already found your passion in Sales & Marketing and enjoy working across all its facets? Then join us as Multi-Property Director of Sales & Marketing (m/f/d) and lead our commercial strategy across both brands.

Two brands – endless possibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

Lead the Sales & Marketing department for both the Frankfurt Airport Marriott Hotel and the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center

Manage the reactive and proactive sales teams, the reservations team, and the marketing & communications functions – with approx. 25 direct reports

Motivate your team in daily operations to achieve hotel goals and take full responsibility for reaching sales targets and revenue objectives

Develop sales goals and strategies aligned with Marriott International's business strategy

Evaluate distribution channels and build strong client relationships to proactively position and market the dual-brand hotel

Manage the marketing budget to support the development of campaigns, promotions, and materials that drive revenue and meet property goals

Collaborate with regional marketing communications to implement regional and (inter)national promotions

Develop and implement product and service strategies that exceed brand and guest expectations while delivering profitability for ownership and Marriott International

Take on additional responsibilities such as Manager on Duty shifts

Report directly to the General Manager and be part of the Executive Committee

Be able.

Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Marketing

At least 2 years of experience in a comparable Sales & Marketing leadership role within corporate hospitality, ideally in the Frankfurt market

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong proficiency in MS Office programs

Goal- and results-oriented mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and strong organizational talent

As a coach to a motivated team, you know how to support and challenge individuals effectively

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

Your communicative personality, positive energy, and professional presence set you apart
