Responsibilities:

* Providing technical pre-sales expertise and solution design to support customer needs.
* Working closely with sales teams to develop tailored technical solutions for clients.
Skills/Must have:
* Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, with a focus on business development.
* Technical expertise in IP Networks or Voice solutions.
* Strong understanding of solution design and pre-sales processes.
* Ability to work in a vendor-agnostic environment.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
