Key Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and grow relationships with existing channel partners
* Support senior leadership in shaping and executing channel strategies
* Drive day-to-day execution of channel initiatives while maintaining strong engagement across partner organizations
* Partner with Marketing to deliver effective branding and channel-focused campaigns
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, fulfillment, product management) to ensure seamless partner support
* Identify growth opportunities by collaborating with Account Managers and leveraging market synergies
* Proactively manage and resolve conflicts between channel partners and direct sales teams
* Deliver accurate reporting and forecasting on channel performance
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an energy-related discipline
* Demonstrated experience as a Channel Manager within the solar industry (required)
* Solid understanding of electrical schematics and technical documentation, with the ability to interpret key information
* Highly motivated team player with a collaborative mindset
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, including effective listening and stakeholder engagement
* Proven track record of leading high-level discussions with distributors and reseller partners
