As Head of IT (m/f/d) at TV-Wartezimmer, you will be responsible for our entire IT landscape and will develop it to ensure its future viability.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Overall responsibility for the IT organization with a focus on strategic development, governance, and aligning IT with corporate goals in a sustainable manner
* Management and prioritization of the company-wide IT portfolio (programs, projects, services) while considering business impact, risks, and resources
* Ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT operations in accordance with defined SLAs, including the establishment of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
* Responsibility for strategic IT budget planning as well as the management of costs, licenses, and external service providers (Vendor Management)
* Assuming final escalation responsibility for critical incidents and cross-system disruptions at the 3rd-level
* Further development and standardization of the IT architecture and system landscape, taking into account cloud strategies, security-by-design, and technological innovations
* Close collaboration with management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable IT strategies and solutions
* Leadership, development, and building of high-performing IT teams, including fostering skills, mindset, and agile working methods
YOUR PROFILE
* You have several years of experience in a senior IT role
* You also bring experience in IT service management and operational organization
* Project management and prioritizing complex issues are second nature to you
* Expertise in dealing with external partners is standard for you
* You are known for your structured and independent work style
* You possess strong communication skills and the ability to make decisions
