Your Responsibilities:
* Lead execution of major and complex features and initiatives
* Architect and design scalable and efficient software solutions for medium to large business requirements
* Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
* Drive quality
* Drive great developer experience
* Drive operational excellence
* Be a role model in terms of output and quality
* Be a multiplier
* Drive clean code and simplicity in the system
* Perform advanced code and solution reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
* Mentor intermediate and junior engineers.
* Deep understanding of the tech vision and contribution to progress towards it
* Attain and Maintain solid overview of large parts of the Crewmeister code base, infrastructure and architecture
* Drive user experience

* Expert in Java and Spring Boot, as well as experience in other areas and languages
* Basic Leadership and competent in mentoringExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
