Taskforce Coordinator
Main Task :
1. Act as an intermediary between colleagues at Guntner Mexico and the company.
2. Analyze and report on issues related to Indonesian colleagues in Guntner Mexico
3. Monitor and ensure that the needs and facilities of colleagues at Guntner Mexico are met (both work facilities and living facilities)
4. Collect invoices and expenses in the apartment (monthly rent, electricity, internet service).
5. Update employee information with the Indonesian Embassy in Mexico, acting as a representative of Güntner.
6. Collect the document for passport renewal documents, processing documents at INM (Issue & renewal resident permit)
7. and other administrative tasks
Qualification:
8. Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major
9. Proficient in English
10. Intermediate in Ms. Office (Excel)
11. Analytical thinking & problem solving
12. Highly good communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure.
13. Interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
14. Willing to be placed in Guntner Mexico
15. Experienced in industrial relations and/or human resources management.
