We are growing our AI Development Team and looking for additional Senior AI Software Engineer Python to join CuJu in the beginning of 2026

Tasks
Your Mission
As a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python and AI, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing CUJU’s scalable, reliable, and future-proof technology architecture. You’ll be at the core of building AI-powered solutions that directly impact the future of sports talent identification.
What You’ll Work On
* Design and implement the overall AI-driven software architecture.
* Write clean, production-ready Python code and champion best practices.
* Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
* Define and implement release strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling updates).
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, and data scientists.
Requirements
What You Bring
* 7+ years in software engineering with a strong focus on Python.
* Proven experience in system architecture and distributed applications.
* Deep knowledge of AI/ML systems and their integration into scalable products.
* Strong grasp of design patterns, clean architecture, and SOLID principles.
* Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes.
* Fluent English.
* Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
* Familiarity with Terraform and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
