Main responsibilities will include:
1. Oversee and support client relationships — ensuring consistent delivery of value and operational excellence.
2. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to client success initiatives.
3. Co-manage relationships with client organizations and senior stakeholders.
4. Set up and maintain governance structures to monitor performance and manage risk.
5. Enforce data quality standards in reporting, flagging service quality issues.
6. Prepare and present monthly reports and execute corrective actions.
7. Flag and manage resourcing issues to ensure both quantity and quality needs are met.
8. Participate in internal huddles to ensure seamless alignment between teams.
Requirements:
9. 3+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, or consulting.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
11. Experience with multinational organizations (B2B experience is a plus).
12. Strong track record in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.
13. Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data for performance insights.
14. Fluent in German and English.
15. Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, with leadership capabilities.
