Field Sales Representative
Location: Remote – Covering Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover, Bremen, Flensburg, and the surrounding areas.

Tasks:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and medical facilities in the assigned region (Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover, Bremen, Flensburg, and surrounding areas)
* Visit existing and potential customers regularly to understand their needs and present suitable service solutions
* Promote and sell the company's service offerings, including maintenance, repairs, and service contracts
* Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company guidelines
* Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base and increase regional market share
* Collaborate with the inside sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and sales progress using the company’s CRM system
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the territory and report insights to management
* Plan and manage a personal sales schedule and travel route efficiently
* Attend trade fairs, conferences, and promotional events as required
* Provide feedback from the field to help shape marketing and product/service development efforts
Your Profile:
* Fluent/native German and strong English language skills (both written and spoken)
* Experience in the medical field or healthcare industry (experience with endoscopy is a plus but not required)
* 1–2 years of sales experience preferred, but not essential – this role could also suit a motivated service technician looking to transition into a sales position
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently from a remote/home office setup
* Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across the assigned region (Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover, Bremen, Flensburg, and surroundings)
* Valid driver’s license – a company car is provided
* Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
* Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn
