Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage crew wages and client accounts. This role is critical to the team and will directly support the company’s growth by ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes.
Responsibilities:
* Handle all accounts related to seafarers.
* Manage Heuerabrechnungen (crew payroll) processes.
* Support financial reporting and compliance within the maritime domain.
* Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
* Proven experience in Heuerabrechnungen.
* Strong German language skills for team communication.
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Alignment with company values and team culture.
Team Environment:
* Join a team of 5 engineers plus a team leader.
* Reports directly to the team leader.
