Business Planning Officer Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Officer to drive our organization's strategic planning initiatives.
* This role will lead the preparation of our three-year Corporate Operational Plan, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
* The successful candidate will conduct continuous monitoring and analysis of operational performance against our annual plan, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to senior management.
* Key responsibilities will include preparing detailed data analyses, reports, and presentations for stakeholders, as well as translating business planning into a capital plan by leading an efficient corporate planning process.
* Maintaining accurate dashboards and updating information in business planning tools will also be a critical aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A university qualification in Business Management, Economics, or a related subject is essential.
* The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategy/advisory/consultancy services firms or the financial services industry.
* Solid skills in quantitative/qualitative modelling and business assessment methodologies are required, as well as strong experience utilizing software tools like Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx.
