Operations Manager - Manufacturing
Location: Hamburg (on-site)
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 + benefits

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to run a growing manufacturing facility of ~20 people. This is a hands‑on leadership role with significant commercial and strategic visibility. As the site scales and the organisation continues expanding across Germany and Europe, this position is designed for someone who can step into a much more senior role within the near future.

Key Responsibilities
* Build a strong safety culture on site, ensuring safe behaviours, compliance and proactive hazard identification.
* Lead, coach and support a team of production operators, technicians and warehouse colleagues.
* Drive performance across output, quality, cost and delivery, ensuring production meets the needs of installation and customer teams.
* Implement lean tools and structured operating processes (5S, problem‑solving, visual management, standard work).
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders (Supply Chain, Engineering, Installation, Commercial) to ensure alignment and operational readiness.
What we’re looking for
* Strong manufacturing or production leadership experience, ideally in electrical assembly or light industrial manufacturing.
* Proven experience leading teams in fast‑paced operations (10 to 40 people).
* Strategic mindset - able to run today’s operation while shaping tomorrow’s growth.
* Excellent senior stakeholder management: confident influencing engineers, commercial leaders and senior management.
* A hands‑on, organised and proactive leader who brings calm structure to a growing environment.
