The internship is an excellent opportunity to work alongside restructuring bankers in a stimulating environment on various restructuring assignments for clients in various industries. Responsibilities As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training. Throughout your internship, you will get similar levels of exposure as a first-year analyst, working on transactions that provide exposure to various financial advisory products and industries, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed mergers & acquisitions. Furthermore you will gain experience in financial modelling, valuation analyses, and work as part of a project team. Qualifications / Requirements You will either be an undergraduate, in you final year of study, or a graduate student You will have a strong academic track record and must be studying for / or achieved a degree in accounting, economics and or finance You will have an understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and fluent English (additional language skills are also advantageous).
