Your Tasks As a working student in Real Estate Management, you will become part of the central owner’s representation team of an internationally operating corporation. You will work at the headquarters at the interface between strategy, finance, and operational planning and execution, and actively support the management of a diverse real estate portfolio at the Hamburg headquarters location. Supporting the central owner’s representation in the strategic and operational management of the real estate portfolio Coordinating with internal stakeholders, for example regarding requirements and demand management within planning, implementation, maintenance, and repairs Assisting with the coordination and monitoring of external partners Preparing presentations, decision-making documents, and reports for national and international stakeholders Evaluating and analyzing key figures, budgets, forecasts, and profitability calculations Contributing to (inter)national real estate projects (e.g. portfolio management, leasing activities, project developments) Supporting the management of construction-related, infrastructure, and operational measures Maintaining, analyzing, and further developing real estate and contract data Assisting in the development of maintenance strategies, space utilization concepts, and governance for cross-campus structures Supporting the team in day-to-day operations as well as with special analyses and ad hoc requests Your Profile Ongoing studies, e.g. in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field Strong interest in real estate management, owner representation, and strategic real estate decisions Initial practical experience in the real estate or consulting environment is an advantage The role must be performed partly on-site in accordance with company regulations Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Analytical, structured, and independent working style High level of initiative, reliability, and ability to work in a team Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
