Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Initiating and managing international projects to design new business processes as part of our global transformation programme, as well as optimising and further developing our system landscape
* Leading, developing and strategically building an international team
* Coordinating internal and external project participants in a strategic and independent manner
* Preparing presentations for committees as well as decision papers and presentations for top management and executive management
* Assuming responsibility for and managing the project budget
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Successfully completed Master’s degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
* Minimum of 10 years professional experience managing and leading international transformation and deployment projects
* Experience in the supervisory management and further development of international employees in large teams
* Several years of experience in the areas of project status reporting, risk management, budget responsibility and continuous improvements
* Entrepeneurial attitude, positive mindset, analytical and structured way of thinking and working as well as enjoyment in shaping and actively driving change
* Confident demeanour and excellent communication at a high management level up to the Executive Board
* Ability to manage international multi-stakeholder settings and fluency in English
* Willingness to travel internationally
