Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Europe. This includes managing existing accounts, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector, and promoting and selling our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
You will provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring that our UPS systems meet their operational needs and future growth plans. Additionally, you will continuously monitor competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
A monthly sales report will be submitted to the management team, outlining your progress and performance.
Requirements:

* Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally
