Key responsibilities
* Design marketing materials - Create graphics for websites, social media, newsletter and advertisements that align with brand identity
* Collaborate with team members - Work closely with Creative Director and Design Lead to ensure cohesive visual concepts. Cross functional alignment with Campaigners & Content teams
* Develop visual concepts - Brainstorm, conceptualise and execute ideas that align with the company's goals and target audience for product launches and brand campaigns
* Adapt designs for various mediums - Tailor visuals for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects
* Brand guidelines keeper - Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a strong brand identity
Your profile
* Minimum 2/3 years experience in Graphic design, ideally for retailer, sport brand or fashion
* Technical proficiency. Skilled in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders and team members in English
* Graphic design skills. Proficiency in typography, color theory, and design principles to create impactful visuals
* Time management skills. Efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Adaptability. Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements
Nice to have
* Experience with digital design, UI/UX, or motion graphics
* Knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Figma)
* Interested in Running
* Fluent in German and English
